Returns Policy

At Elite Crown Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 14-day returns policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Free from alterations, styling, cutting, colouring, or washing

  • With all seals, tags, and hygiene protections intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, any item that has been worn, tried on extensively, altered, or shows signs of use cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Wigs that have been worn, customised, or altered in any way

  • Items with broken hygiene seals or removed tags

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be returned to you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
